Festive Residential Glass Partition Installation in Blyth, Northumberland
As the year draws to a close, we were delighted to complete this beautifully detailed residential glass project in Blyth, Northumberland, a perfect way to finish the year and a great example of what bespoke glazing can achieve in a home setting.
This project combined frameless glass sliding doors, glass side screens and a bespoke triangular glazed barrier screen over a staircase including crittall style banding, delivering both safety and style while maintaining an open, contemporary feel throughout the property.
A Bespoke Residential Glass Solution
The brief was clear: create defined areas within the home without compromising light, openness, or flow.
To achieve this, we supplied and installed frameless glass sliding doors, offering a sleek and practical solution that allows spaces to be opened up or closed off as required. The clean lines and minimal framing ensure the glass integrates seamlessly with the surrounding interiors, ideal for modern residential environments.
Unique Triangular Glass Barrier Partition Over Staircase
One of the standout features of this project is the custom triangular glazed barrier screen installed over the staircase area.
Due to the geometry of the space, a standard solution simply wouldn’t work. Instead, we designed and installed a bespoke triangular glass screen, providing the required fall protection while preserving sightlines and maximising natural light.
This element not only meets safety requirements but also acts as a striking architectural feature within the home.
